The area of Industrial Park has been devided into 3 zones:

Small & medium size enterprise zone where the smallest building site for sale / rent is 2.000 m2 and the built-up area proportion is max. 40 %.
Commercial and service zone where the smallest building site for sale / rent is 2.000 m2 and the built-up area proportion is max. 60 %.
Large-scale investor zone where the smallest building site for sale / rent is 20.000 m2 and the built-up area proportion is max. 40 %.
