BBCA Szolnok Biochemical Private Limited Company was established

Yesterday in the Ceremonian Hall of Szolnok Town Hall, Mr. Li Rongjie, the Chairman of China BBCA Group Corporation, Mr. Ferenc Szalay, the Mayor of Szolnok and Mr. Imre Andrási, the Managing Director of Szolnok Industrial Park Ltd. has signed a cooperation contract to create the citric acid plant capacity of yearly 60,000 tons in the Szolnok Industrial Park. For the realization of project, the BBCA Szolnok Biochemical Private Close Corporation was established with equity capital of 20 million HUF. The two founder are the Szolnok Industrial Park Ltd ( with 60 % ownership ) and the China BBCA Group Corporation ( with 40 % ownership ). In the citric acid plant around 430 people will be employed and further 500 person in it’s supplier background. According to the time scedule, the plant construction will start in the first half of 2012 and the plant will start the production in 2013.

„Investors of the Year 2008” Award

The Ministry for National Development and Economy and ITD Hungary awarded investors and their partners which contributed the most to the development of the Hungarian economy and increased employment in 2007/2008. Investments of the companies awarded have totalled more than EURO 1,2 billion and created more than 5200 new jobs. At the ceremony – is organised in the Museum of Fine Arts - one of the six awards could be received by Mr. Imre Andrási, the director of Szolnok Industrial Park Ltd.

 
The Szolnok Industrial Park awarded with „The Investment Friendly Industrial Park of the Year 2008”. According to Mr. Imre Andrási, this appreciation means a kind of encouragement for the future, because their company has further plans yet. At present the infrastructure development of the industrial park is in progress too. After this development the whole territory will be supplied with all public utilities.
Within a few weeks F.Segura ( Spanish automotive company ) and STADLER ( Swiss railway company ) will finish the construcions of their plants and they will start the production in January 2009. The new investors – which moved to the Szolnok Industrial Park in 2007/2008 – have created more than 520 new jobs directly and are expected to generate several more at their suppliers indirectly. The Local Government of Szolnok had a major role in this acquisition process.

The modernization of the entering road and point of junction of the Industrial Park

The successive increasing number of settling enterprises results growing traffic towards the industrial park therefore it has became necessary to modernize and enlarge 560 metres section of Piroskai road and the point of junction of Tószegi road-Piroskai road.  Besides the enlargement of internal road network in the industrial park, the modernazition of the entering Piroskai road is in progress too.  The licensed drawings of the new point of junction are ready, now the preparing of the final construction drawings is happening. The construction of it would start within a few months.

01.12.2009.
The tender of Industrial Park has got assistance

The Szolnok Industrial Park and Logistics Service Centre Ltd. competed for the assistance of the „New Hungary Development Plan” in August 2008. The National Development Agency informed our company that the tender of Szolnok Industrial Park Ltd. had won assistance. Now the arrangement of the Assistance Contract is in progress.

This assistance will help the current infrastructure development of Industrial Park. Within the framework of this investment will be enlarged the drinking-water and sewage water network, the rainwater drainage network, the communication ground works, the gas supply network, the electric energy network, the public lighting system, the internal road network and the industrial water network. Teh Industrial Park Ltd. will operate the industrial water system with the cooperation of the neighbouring BIGE Holding Ltd. After this infrastructure investment all building sites will have all necessary public utilities.

05.04.2009.
EU Subidy contract was concluded

Szolnok Industrial Park and Logistics Service Centre Ltd. and National Development Agency concluded the EU subsidy contract on 27. April 2009. According this contract the competition of our company participates in 50 % financial assistance, which means almost 1,8 million EUR. Our project will be realized with the assistance of European Union.
This assistance will help the infrastructure development of industrial park, which is in progress now. After this investment the whole territory of our industrial park will be developed with all infrastructures, which could satisfy all requires of the potential investors.

DAYS OF INDUSTRY – International Exhibition

This year MACH-TECH and ELECTROSALON International Exhibition and Fair was organized at the end of May in the territory of HUNGEXPO. Szolnok Industrial Park and Logistics Service Centre Ltd. took part in this exhibition with own pitch. Our company offered foreign investors and small,- medium size hungarian companies the possibility of settlement in the industrial park and in the logistics centre. Besides the salesmanship of our free, marketable areas, we helped our settled enterprises to develop favourable business contacts with other companies.

Infrastructure development of Szolnok Industrial Park in value 3,5 million EUR

The Szolnok Industrial Park Ltd. owned by 100 % Local Government of Szolnok is realizing a significant investment incentive infrastructure development now. The investment is financed by 50-50 % own financial background and assistance from European Union. Today was organized the official opening event of the investment. Ceremonial speeches were delivered by Mr. Ferenc Mező ( deputy head-master of North-plan Regional Development Agency ), Mr. Ferenc Szalay ( Mayor of Szolnok ) and Mr. Imre Andrási ( General Manager of Szolnok Industrial Park Ltd. )  The main development factor of Szolnok is our industrial park – said Mr. Ferenc Szalay. – The companies working here, mean the economic future of Szolnok and they could reform the industrial structure of the town. After this investment the whole territory of industrial park will be developed by all necessary infrastructures. During this project we will develop roads with public lightining system, rainwater drainage system, gas network, telecommunication ground-works, drinking water and sewage water system, drinking water wells, industrial water and industrial sewage water system.
The main goal to attract the foreign functioning capital to Szolnok and the county and to develop the industrial potential of the region.

The indenpendent certification body ( European-Cert Kft. ) certifies, that Szolnok Industrial Park Ltd. operates a quality and environmental management system for operate of industrial park. The proof has been furnished that the requirements according to ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004 are fulfilled.

The infrastructure development has ended in the Szolnok Industrial Park

The Szolnok Industrial Park Ltd. has finished the significant investment incentive infrastructure development. The investment was financed by 50-50 % own financial background and assistance from European Union. The main goal of this project was the development and enlargement of infrastructure network.

Today was organized the official closing event of the investment. Ceremonial speeches were delivered by Mr. László Fésüs ( deputy director of North-plan Regional Development Agency ), Mr. Ferenc Szalay ( Mayor of Szolnok ) and Mr. Imre Andrási ( General Manager of Szolnok Industrial Park Ltd. )
One of the main development factors is our industrial park. The settled companies could reform the economic structure of Szolnok. After this infrastructure development the whole territory of our indutrial park was developed by all necessary infrastrucures and it can fill the investor’s requirements – said Mr. Ferenc Szalay.
