This EU support helped the realization of this infrastructure development. Within the framework of this investment was enlarged the drinking-water and sewage water network, the rainwater drainage network, the communication ground works, the gas supply network, the electric energy network, the public lighting system, the internal road network and the industrial water network. The Industrial Park Ltd. operates the industrial water system with the cooperation of the neighbouring BIGE Holding Ltd.
After this infrastructure investment all building sites have every necessary public utility.
The main goal of this project is the attraction of foreign working capital and the incease of new companies in the town.

Within the scope of infrastructure development the below public utilities were completed:
- 3785 meters rainwater drainage network
- 1087 meters gas supply network
- 1436 meters industrial water network
- industrial water storage lake
- 758 meters industrial water network
- 2 pcs deep-drinking water wells
- drinking-waterworks
- 3185 meters drinking water system
- 2547 meters communal sewage water system
- 4169 meters public lighting system
- 1583 meters communication ground works
- 2 pcs fire water abstraction works
- 2669 meters internal public road network



The project will be realized by the assistance of European Union and European Regional Development Fund
